Quick, helpful, resourseful Nick and Bill saved the day. I was able to reach Nick about a self inflicted injury I did to my Prius. I had moneyed with the Orange hybrid policies Nick and Bill saved the day. I was able to reach Nick about a self inflicted injury I did to my Prius. I had moneyed with the Orange hybrid policies in the back tire compartment of the car. Nick knolegeably got me to bring my Prius in, in spite of the lateness of the hour. It was almost 3 and the technicians were leaving at 5. There was a possibility that they could do a quick fix. Triple A was really good too, in getting this job done. When we got the prius there on the tow truck at 4:30-4:40 Nick was there and ready to go. A few minutes later Nick and Bill met us out back and provided efficiently the fix. What a relief.
