Berlin city booked a 1 pm appointment for and oil change and tire rotation. I was told 1:15 mins. After texting my service advisors with no answer. At most it should be an hour for this service. I was going to sign up for the 3 oil change service but my time is too valuable to be held hostage for poor planning. Pretty unique salesmanship, don't you think? Competition in Saco took the time to help us and even though we weren't expecting to buy that day - just test drive - we ended up buying a new Highlander. They let us drive a new Rav4 and new Highlander, even though we were looking for a Certified used ones. Very happy with the deal too - 9% below MSRP ON A NEW HIGHLANDER. I like the people. They are nice but the service to my car was horrible. I made an appointment for my sticker and oil change, came back and made another appointment won They are nice but the service to my car was horrible. I made an appointment for my sticker and oil change, came back and made another appointment wondering why is my car shaking and making noise. On top of that I stalled in the middle of the road! After a few hours they called me and said that my oil is almost empty and dry. Then I asked them how would that happen if I just made an appointment not too long ago for sticker and oil changed. They didn’t say much and didn’t not made me pay for anything. Like I did not complain for free service I am asking because this is very concerning. They could have screwed up my engine. They could not explain to me at all why and how did that happen. More
