Other members of the staff that I met there were equally accommodating. Would that this were universally true. It was a truly non-stressful experience, and I applaud the organization for creating a high class and welcoming environment for what is usually contentious and extremely enervating event! A/C system apparently was not functioning in showroom. Also noted that workstations for sales personal located by windows which customers struggled to see due to excessive sunlight coming through windows. You might want to try window screens to reduce light but allow visibility. Just saying!!! However, Matt Knightly was extremely helpful and stayed non stop till we drove off the lot.
