Our fourth Nissan and the people are great at Berlin City Nissan. Nissan Roadside Assistance provided a $100 allowance for changing my flat tire. Spoke to Josh and mentioned that I wanted the old tire repaired or I would buy a new one rather than putting the "donut" tire changing my flat tire. It was past 4:30pm - quitting time for the techs - and Josh asked one of the gentlemen to stay and work on my car which he was happy to do. After some time, Josh came to the waiting area to inform me that my rim was bent and the the tech had pounded the rim straight again and that the tire was back on the rim and held air again just fine. These individuals could sold me a new tire AND rim but instead fixed the existing parts so that they functioned fine! This service department is is obviously run with courtesy, honesty, and integrity and is a credit to the Berlin City group. I will never take my car anywhere else! More

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by Mike Meyer. I did a lot of research and shopping around before I had contact with anyone at Berlin City Nissan so I came in prepared to deal and knew where I wanted to end up for a final price.
