In this case, we were having state inspection done, summer tires switched on and winter tires switched off, oil changed along with the rest of a $99.99 "deal" offered on the phone from a Kia Call Center which apparently had nothing to do with local people. I have the number of the direct line and will make appointments using that in the future; I advise you to end the Call Center. More
