However, my husband and I did not have the time to take our Sorento to Plattsburgh or Montpelier, so we gave them a try. So far, so good, but the jury is still out on them because the sales department was such a bad experience. Again, sales was awful, service department has been very good, although we don’t remember the gentleman’s names that we have worked with. More
