My husband was totally skeptical about getting into a Kia vehicle but I had read up on the car and thought it would be a good fit for our family right now. Tyler was not pushy, but honest and straightforward. I first began working with Tyler via email when I asked a few questions through the website. Kia was extremely prompt in returning my email. I received an email from the GM asking if my questions had been answered. Tyler answered each of my questions right away and my husband and I went in late on Friday afternoon to look at and drive the Sorento. When my husband wasn't convinced it was the car for him Tyler offered us the vehicle to take home overnight, and even gave us a slip to have some more gas added to the car at a local gas station. The cashier at the gas station said, "you're getting a great car!" The next morning we decided we did want to go with the Sorento but wanted a specific color that wasn't currently on the lot. Tyler had the vehicle we wanted by Saturday evening. We picked up the vehicle on Sunday morning and Tyler had 3 bouquets of flowers for us, one for me, and one each for our 2 young daughters. Both my husband and I agree this was hands down the best car buying experience we have ever had. We have already started telling friends they need to go see Tyler if they are going to purchase a new vehicle. He is an asset to Berlin City Kia. More

Terrible Delivery of Product Employees were nice enough to deal with but was not satisfied with delivery of product. I was interested in a Chevy Cobalt advertised on their website Employees were nice enough to deal with but was not satisfied with delivery of product. I was interested in a Chevy Cobalt advertised on their website and while checking the vehicle history saw that the car had a recall on it. I inquired with the sales person (Anthony) and asked if the recall issue had been resolved, he told me it had been fixed. Come to find out the car was still missing a part needed to make it safe to drive. I was not happy to find that I had been assured the issue had been fixed when in fact it had not. I also found out that the part is on back order from GM and the dealership had no idea when it would come in. In the meantime they loaned me a car to drive. After about two weeks of waiting they told me I needed to sign a contract in order to keep using the loaner car. I explained that I did not feel comfortable signing a contract when I couldn't actually drive home with the car, so I gave back the keys. After this, they suggested other cars in their inventory, I checked and they were out of my price range. I was not happy that they were trying to sell me another car instead of delivering the car that was supposed to be available. I told them I could wait a little longer. I was willing to keep waiting and was assured by the dealership that the car would not be sold out from under me. Later, while looking through their inventory on their website I found that they were re advertising the car I was waiting for. I emailed Anthony asking why the car was being re advertised when I had been told it would not be sold out from under me. I never heard back. I was able to talk to Art and he told me that because of a policy they were required to re advertise the car but I was still not happy with this. After over a month of trying to do business with this dealer I decided to look elsewhere. Very unsatisfied, and disappointed that they were advertising a car that wasn't even ready or safe to drive home. Would not recommend this dealer. More
When I bought my car I could not have been more excited! A friend recommended me. I was led to believe that my Kia Sorento would have a 6 CD changer, which Dana, our Sales Rep, knew was #1 on my Must Have A friend recommended me. I was led to believe that my Kia Sorento would have a 6 CD changer, which Dana, our Sales Rep, knew was #1 on my Must Have List in my new car. Well, it was not! I could have almost lived with that, but I found that the back up camera was not working properly. I called and complained to Dana who put me in in touch with Corey in the service department who said I should bring in the car. My husband brought my car in with my complaints, but was told nothing could be done unless they could replicate the problem. My husband left frustrated, but before he returned home, he stopped to get gas and the back up camera did exactly what I had complained about. He promptly returned to the dealership with the evidence of my complaint. Nothing was done. He left, still frustrated. He called Corey several times , without any return calls. He then called Dana requesting that the CD player be replaced with a 6 CD changer at dealer's cost and repair/replace the faulty back up camera/radio system. There was never a return call. In the meantime, I am extremely unhappy with Customer Service at your dealership. The back up camera and radio system does not work properly. I now have photographs showing my car in gear and a blank screen. Tell me, if you had these complaints, what would you expect? More
