Deceptive Service Department I went in to have an oil change and state inspection. The service department representative came to me with a list of things that he recommends and th I went in to have an oil change and state inspection. The service department representative came to me with a list of things that he recommends and that my car has failed the state inspection because my rear brakes and rotors needed to be changed. I made it clear to him to just change the oil and air filter ($39.95 for oil change and $47 for the engine filter). Fast forward to checking out, my grand total comes out to $390, I'm totally confused at this point, he claims that he told me that I would have to change my back brakes and rotors in order to pass, it's Nov, my inspection is due by the end of Dec, meaning I have time to shop around for better prices. I'm so incredibly pissed off, I made it clear that I only wanted the oil and engine air filter done, I wanted the opportunity to check with other auto repair shops, but he completely denied me that opportunity to shop around to make an informed decision on who and where I will get my brakes changed with. I won't come back to this service department. Completely deceptive, offer free state inspection and hook you into paying for repairs you probably don't need in order to pass inspection and not given the opportunity to get a second opinion. Unacceptable. More

Too quick? It took a little while to connect by email with a salesperson to get answers to questions I had about a car on their website. I finally got an appointment to meet with salesperson but when I showed up he was busy with another customer. The manager was quick to help me out though. I was just stopping by to look at car and get any questions answered but in 90 minutes I had the keys to the car and was driving away. I forgot during the speedy sale to ask for a car fax but found one tucked between the seats of the car as I was driving home. It was never mentioned to me that the car was a rental for it's life (1 year). I should have returned the car right there but figured it looked and ran good so it couldn't have been abused too much. After the 4 day warranty ran out I also found things missing and the tires on the car didn't match. I will think twice about another purchase from this dealer, this was my third purchase from Berlin City but one was out of state and was the best experience by far More

While they tell me that they want they vehicle to be like new and safe, they allow a vehicle to leave that is in fact unsafe. The door is very heavy and has already come down on my wife's head. Shame on you for not doing what was right and allowing the bottom dollar to sway you from that. More
