Jessica at Berlin City Service is wonderful I brought in my Honda accord for a few things and it turned out it needed a lot of work! I was really concerned about putting that much money into this car as it is pretty old. When Jessica first gave me the quote I was really worried about how I was going to get the needed repairs done. She worked with me to firugre out what were the most necessary things to do and then researched if we could find some less expensive parts for some of the work being done. I really appreciated her taking car of me, making sure my car was safe and not breaking the bank. I trust Jessica and will definitely bring my car back for any additional work that needs to be done!
