Initially, My initial impression was unfavorable; I had a 12:45 PM appointment and there were two other individuals in front of me, neither of whom had appointme My initial impression was unfavorable; I had a 12:45 PM appointment and there were two other individuals in front of me, neither of whom had appointments; as a result, I had to wait 15 minutes for these customers to finish providing their information to the customer service representatives, before one of them could turn his attention to me...I understand this, but perhaps there should be an area for walk-ins and another for those with scheduled appointments; otherwise, what is the point of making and confirming an appointment? Once I got to the CSR (David Nguyen), everything I expected was provided. David apologized for the wait; took my information - and explained that it would be less than an hour for the work to be done (unless something unexpected was discovered). I left the dealership for lunch; 50 minutes later David called me to say that all the work had been completed and I could pick up the car. My expectations were met. Excellent job. More
