Berlin City Goes Above & Beyond to Satisfy Their Customers! I traded in a 2014 Honda Pilot to purchase a new 2017 Honda Pilot Elite. Chris Marcisso was our salesman - who is the nicest and most professional sa I traded in a 2014 Honda Pilot to purchase a new 2017 Honda Pilot Elite. Chris Marcisso was our salesman - who is the nicest and most professional salesman I have ever worked with. There were a couple of issues with the new car, and some accessories that I wanted to add, so I needed to bring it in to the service department, where I met Dylan Keene, also so professional and nice as well. A few of the issues were a manufacturer's issue and Honda covered the complete cost of all of the parts and labor. We were given a rental car from Enterprise, also covered by Honda and Dylan set all of that up for us. I honestly wasn't completely happy with some of the body touch up work that was done on a couple of small nicks/scrapes on the bumper of the new car, so Dylan & Chris looked at it and asked if I would be happier with a new bumper, and they asked if I could be patient and give them a couple of hours to get it into the service department to replace the bumper with one off from a new car on their lot. I can't say enough about the positive experience I had and both Dylan and Chris went way above and beyond what I could initially have expected or imagined. I would not hesitate to return to this dealership for a new purchase or service knowing that I would be in great professional hands from sales to service!!! Thank you both so much - I love my new car!!!! More

Professional Experience I have dealt with Berlin City since 2007 when I bought my first Odyssey. I just replaced that Odyssey in June of this year.
