Above & beyond expectations ! I had a concern regarding a noise which I was hearing coming from the engine compartment when I pushed the accelerator. I called & set up an appointm I had a concern regarding a noise which I was hearing coming from the engine compartment when I pushed the accelerator. I called & set up an appointment to have it checked. One the day of the appointment, I was greeted by a service rep who took my information. Shortly, I was introduced to Darryl the service technician. He took my car & assessed what he had been told regarding my concern. We went together for a test drive at which time he, also, heard the noise. While no definitive area could be located for the source of the noise, he performed numerous preventative functions to provide a solution. At the end of his review we took another test drive & no noise was heard. I was advised that should it return to bring the car back, again. I felt grateful that my concern was being taken in high regard & every effort was given to validate there was a problem & eliminate the noise. More
