Berlin City Honda of Portland - Service Center

After buying my car from this dealership I’ve had a retched experience with the service department and having them work on my car. I found that I had a defective tire on my 2019 accord and service agre retched experience with the service department and having them work on my car. After the TPMS error kept popping up when they’re is no issue with the tires I was promised by the service manager I should no longer have the issue which was a lie it came right back a few day’s later they only replaced one of my tires and I was advised it was bc I have one new tire and three older. Thanks for doing a half xxx job on my car and screwing it up. I’ve not had an easy experience at all with Berlin city. I was accused of hitting something by one employee... I confronted another for ignoring the line while I was waiting on hold for a half hour waiting for them to pick up the line and witnessed him blatantly ignore the phone he became very rude when I brought that up and stormed off to wherever then they all refused to work on my car they will disrespect you and make it a very hard experience to get your car fixed when it wasn’t even my problem. At this point I’m just hoping to share this so this is Addressed how I was treated by your employees was absolutely unacceptable and I would NEVER recommend anyone goes here for sales or service! I am expecting this issue I had has not been fixed and I’m worried about my safety in this car at this point due to the poor work of your staff!!!! More
