Overall Good Experience I was processed pretty quickly and the things that needed to be done were acknowledged. The car was ready when promised and checkout was quick and eff I was processed pretty quickly and the things that needed to be done were acknowledged. They reduced the price on a couple of the services due to having purchased the tires there and another special that they were running. The only drawback is that the prices they charge can be a little on the high side as compared to a place like Sullivan Tire although those places might not have the expertise with newer cars like the Honda Civic with synthetic oil. tire replacement I had a tire with a slow leak, i had the tire diagnosed at another shop and a nail was found in the edge of the tread. They were unable to repair the tire but found i had pax tires and Honda needed to replace them a they had the tools and equipment to do the job right. They got me in right away and within an hour i had a new tire on and i was on my way. Great experience and highly recommended More

Very Impressed! I had an appointment to get a new mirror and a brake light fixed with Jeff, I dropped the car off on my lunch break and he got a shuttle to take me ba I had an appointment to get a new mirror and a brake light fixed with Jeff, I dropped the car off on my lunch break and he got a shuttle to take me back to work (so convenient!). I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to repair my car. Jeff personally drive the car to my office to drop it off as I was unable to leave work by the time the service center closed. He really goes above and beyond for his customers! Thank you! More

Very good despite issues I brought the car in for new tires and to check for what I thought might be a warped rotor. All went smooth until they started to do the rotors and t I brought the car in for new tires and to check for what I thought might be a warped rotor. All went smooth until they started to do the rotors and they had a problem taking too much off one of the front rotors. I had to leave the car over night while they overnights replacement rotors and i was provided a rental car. The mechanic came in on his day off (a Saturday) to finish the job. Everyone was very helpful and apologetic. Therefore a good experience dispute problems. More
