My service Rep (Eric Surawski) has been excellent, and he always gives me a detailed outline of what will be done at the visit. He always provides me with the details on the serviceability of my vehicle. I now take all my vehicles (all Honda's) to Prime for their service. I have never been disappointed. Many thanks!! More

I had to be there for service due to receiving a new car without an inspection sticker. I drove the vehicle for almost a month without a sticker. I had to go out of my way to get back to the dealership for their mistake. It was an inconvenience to me the customer. However, when I did go in to get the sticker, the service department was great.
