Great customer service this time I actually almost didn't come back after I came in January for an oil change. The man who help me was rude and disorganized, and when I got my car bac I actually almost didn't come back after I came in January for an oil change. The man who help me was rude and disorganized, and when I got my car back there was black (assuming) oil fingerprints all over the doors, it's a white CR-V. Well, glad I did, ( I needed a new battery and it had to be by a certified Honda dealer!) the man who helped me yesterday was fantastic, really clear about everything and I greatly appreciated that. Car was also kept nice, and he gave me the car wash coupon at the end. I can't recall his name but he definitely made me more likely to return again. More
