Everyone was friendly and good to work with... We enjoyed our experience... we did have to wait for the right Pilot , but it is worth the wait. The finance guy,, can't find his name right off, but We enjoyed our experience... we did have to wait for the right Pilot , but it is worth the wait. The finance guy,, can't find his name right off, but he was great... and during our conversation, his family called, and he had us on the phone, and even his wife congratulated us on our new car. Everyone was friendly, and Ted responded each time we called. Our only problem, was that it was a distance for us to travel, and we had to leave our old car, until we could find someone willing to go to Portland to pick it up... I guess we could have had it delivered, but my husband didn't want to pay that expense... It wasn't a real problem, because we found someone to go up with us in 4 days, and Ted made sure it was safe, and was there with our keys and car right off. Thanks you for all the help Ted. Wish we lived closer to have our repairs, but we will have to do that with a closer dealer. Thanks all. More
