Our salesman, Steve Gendron, was exceptional and he is the reason we chose Berlin City over other Honda dealers in the area. We traded in my wife's 2017 Honda fit and my wife has been dealing with Jessica in their service department and truly appreciates Jessica's attention to detail and friendly service. Their finance person, Mark closed the deal and he too rates a 5 star review. He was professional, friendly and explained all the figures and paperwork to perfection. I was referred to Dave by a friend so I called him and he was very helpful. I told him what I wanted and he did his research and got back to me immediately with options. I went in the next day and Test dr he was very helpful. I told him what I wanted and he did his research and got back to me immediately with options. I went in the next day and Test drove the car and that was that. I drove away with a new lease. Dave was great!!!!! More
