Attention to detail, efficient and complete. My request for service was spur of the moment. I had left a message with Bobby Ramos, Service Advisor, asking for next day service for our Honda CRV. My request for service was spur of the moment. I had left a message with Bobby Ramos, Service Advisor, asking for next day service for our Honda CRV. Bobby answered the message promptly and scheduled the service for the following afternoon. I was anticipating the normal oil change service and was surprised to discover Bobby had determined the CRV was in need of the 30,000 mile service, of which, was covered by a purchased plan. He had the necessary manufacturer's scheduled maintenance performed. And, unexpectedly, the winter's dirt & grime was washed away revealing a super clean CRV! Mr. Bobby Ramos performs his duties in the most respectful, courteous and professional manner with the customer as his first priority.
