Owning a Honda made EASY! Every experience that I have had at this Dealership has been excellent. My previous Honda dealer of 17 years was also excellent, until the Management Every experience that I have had at this Dealership has been excellent. My previous Honda dealer of 17 years was also excellent, until the Management changed for the worse. In 2018 it was time for a new CRV, and I went in search of a new Dealership. Even though it is two hours away, I chose Berlin City Honda. They have never disappointed me - from purchasing my car to getting it serviced. And now, with the pick up and delivery...well, the best just got better!! More

With the service bay doors opening on time to the friendly, understanding advisors I felt appreciated at Berlin Honda’s service department. My advisor knew what my car was in for and asked the proper friendly, understanding advisors I felt appreciated at Berlin Honda’s service department. My advisor knew what my car was in for and asked the proper questions to gain more insight into the issues I had. Service was completed quickly and although the cruise control issue was not fixed it is on the record and will be looked at again should it continue to be problematic. I will continue to have my service done at Berlin Honda. More
