Overall good with one exception. I was looking for an Accord EXL in Champagne color. Unfortunately they only had 2 EXL in stock and not my color. I had to move up to a 2.0 turbo to I was looking for an Accord EXL in Champagne color. Unfortunately they only had 2 EXL in stock and not my color. I had to move up to a 2.0 turbo to get the color I was looking for. When I thought we had a deal I was surprised to find a charge for "accessories" of $573.00.(consisting of wheel locks, a phone charger and etching). I was informed "we put these on all our cars". This killed the deal for me. I later made an offer to eliminate the charger and etching and purchased cargo tray, splash guards and floor mats which was accepted. My salesman was fine if a little busy. The electronics on new cars can be a little overwhelming but the dealership has a technical guru who is excellent. He comes to you and explains everything. This is my 5th Accord (fourth at this dealership) so I expect I will be happy with it. More

Great sales agent! I probably got the best deal for my money. Evidently, Honda no longer awards equity on their leases for turning in the car way under the mileage.
