The staff work hard to make sure there was a way to get the car I wanted, I had my eye on a specific model that was just at the far edge of my budget. The staff work hard to make sure there was a way to get the car I wanted, recalculating the numbers several times to make it fit within what I could handle without squeezing the budget so badly there was no room in it for anything other than Car. They followed up after the purchase to make sure everything was running fine, and even offered to go over more in-depth features I might have missed on the initial once-over. I've now got a car that's far nicer than I'd have thought I'd be able to manage before starting the buying process, as satisfying to drive as it was to purchase. More

As a first time car buyer, I was very weary of the sales tactics played in this kind of process. While part of Ted's job as a sales person, he was never pushy and made sure I was taken care of. I cannot say the same for the finance department. I was given misguided information and stretched truths, and after confronting it, the mood on their end became negative. However, I wont rate my experience on a financial aspect as that is on me to be prepared for. I knew what was available to me, thus I avoided being played. Ted carried this one.
