My car was inspected and new plates were installed. I just relocated from North Carolina. I lease my Honda Fit and stopped by to get to know the dealership and was greeted warmly and professionally by C I just relocated from North Carolina. Cameron then introduced me to sales advisor, Bobby Ramos, who was very professional and personable. After this, I made an appointment to have my car inspected and the license plates installed later in the week. The work was completed on time and all aspects of the job were conducted extremely professionally. Bobby couldn't have been more helpful. The dealership's service lounge was a great spot to work in while I waited for my car to be serviced. I will definitely continue to use Berlin City Honda. More

We contacted Berlin City Honda in South Portland Maine and were hooked up with the youngest Dave (there are three) who works there. We exchanged emails about the car, the amenities, the price, and set a time to go to the dealership to meet with him. Our meeting was the smoothest car-buying experience we have ever had. Dave is friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He listened to what we needed, never pushed, we came to an agreement acceptable by all, and never once felt like we were buying a car at a dealership - it felt more like a chat with someone we already knew. We never felt pressured - he was very real, which is such a dying trait. Dave's attention to detail and affable manner what we never thought we'd see at a dealership, making this the best car-buying experience we have ever had.
