He was knowledgeable, very personable and professional. We did not feel any 'hovering' or pressure during any time with him whatsoever. And finally during the actual 'negotiations' portion of our experience, Jamie did extremely well in 'brokering' a deal for us. We felt, real or not, that he was advocating for us in this process. And while I'm sharing this process, I have to say that Berlin City Honda was extremely accommodating to us in not only securing the vehicle that we wanted, which was in a dealership in NH that we located in our online search, but they then were flexible in offering a deal that we felt was excellent for that vehicle. I am sharing this because we went through the identical process at a Honda dealership in Saco...just south of Berlin City Honda in Portland, and on the same vehicle were simply NOT willing to negotiate at all. We also felt Berlin City Honda provided us with a much better sense of being welcome...much more personable. We're extremely pleased with the entire experience. More

tire replacement I had a tire with a slow leak, i had the tire diagnosed at another shop and a nail was found in the edge of the tread. They were unable to repair the tire but found i had pax tires and Honda needed to replace them a they had the tools and equipment to do the job right. They got me in right away and within an hour i had a new tire on and i was on my way. Great experience and highly recommended More

Very Impressed! I had an appointment to get a new mirror and a brake light fixed with Jeff, I dropped the car off on my lunch break and he got a shuttle to take me ba I had an appointment to get a new mirror and a brake light fixed with Jeff, I dropped the car off on my lunch break and he got a shuttle to take me back to work (so convenient!). I couldn't believe how quickly they were able to repair my car. Jeff personally drive the car to my office to drop it off as I was unable to leave work by the time the service center closed. Very good despite issues I brought the car in for new tires and to check for what I thought might be a warped rotor. All went smooth until they started to do the rotors and t I brought the car in for new tires and to check for what I thought might be a warped rotor. All went smooth until they started to do the rotors and they had a problem taking too much off one of the front rotors. I had to leave the car over night while they overnights replacement rotors and i was provided a rental car. The mechanic came in on his day off (a Saturday) to finish the job. Everyone was very helpful and apologetic. Therefore a good experience dispute problems. More

Left Subaru for a Honda CR-V I owned 5 Subaru cars over the last 30 years. Loved my Subaru. Finally, my 2005 Outback with 218,129 miles on it was involved in an accident..no inj I owned 5 Subaru cars over the last 30 years. Loved my Subaru.
