Lug Nut Removal The key for the locking nuts on my alloy wheels broke after I loosened 3 of the 4 wheel nuts. Needed help from Berlin City to remove the 4th nut. He is very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and friendly. I brought my car in because of a Honda recall related to the passenger airbag inflater and also for a state safety inspection. The recall problem was handled immediately. During the inspection, the tech discovered that timing tensioner was leaking and needed to be replaced. Bobby took the time to explain to me in detail the extent of the problem, and he even showed me a photo of the defective part. The part was not available until the next day, but Bobby made certain that I had a loaner that night, because I had to make an early trip out of town the next morning. He even did the research to discover that the problem was covered under my warranty. He is definitely a credit to your organization, and he certainly went the extra mile for me. More
