Quick stop to get a replacement inspection sticker I had to stop in to get a replacement sticker for a windshield that got cracked while out of State. Much of that can be due to the service advisor representing the service department and the dealership as a whole. I've been to several dealerships and worked with many good service advisors... and a few that weren't. This service advisor at Berlin City Honda is among the most professional and highest performing I've encountered. She is efficient with the process and the service has been prompt. She ensures nothing less than customer satisfaction and resolution of any problems. Berlin City should be proud to have her representing them and ensuring care for the customer that continues after the vehicle sale. Keep up the great work! More
