A short phone call to Jessica Curit-Ramos and the vehicle was scheduled the next day, late afternoon. I had an opportunity to bring it in to the shop earlier and with a subsequent phone call to Jessica, the appointment was rescheduled to just after 1:30. No problem.... In addition, I was able to download from a Berlin City email, a reduced price on the first 2 oil changes on our newly leased CRV. Huge savings! Jessica quoted an approximate time for the service and sure enough, I was leaving the facility within the quoted time and another coupon for a free car wash in hand. Excellent service in a reasonable amount of time I brought my 2018 Honda CR-V for the 10K service, which includes an oil and filter change as well as having all the tires rotated for even wear and th I brought my 2018 Honda CR-V for the 10K service, which includes an oil and filter change as well as having all the tires rotated for even wear and the regular inspections they do at each visit. It appeared to be a busy day and when the Service Writer said it would take about 1 hour and 20 minutes that seems reasonable. Before that much time had elapsed a Service Tech came over and explained that my 2 air filters (one for the engine and one for the passenger cabin) were dirty enough to recommend a change. After looking at the pictures of my car's filters they provided I agreed to add that to my service work. Even with the extra filter changes I was out of the dealership fairly quickly. Always have a professional and pleasant experience at this dealership. More
