Fast, efficient friendly. I was scheduled for an appointment within 24 hours of my call, which was prompted by the dashboard message, "time for service." My 2019 Passport had just passed 7,500 miles, and oil change and tire rotation were needed. I was processed quickly the morning of the appointment, got some work done while in the waiting area, and the work was done on time for me to get to my 10 a.m. appointment in Portland. Most places I have gone to in past had given a print out of the check on the car- surprised that you don’t. More

Great Service Crew I was promptly greeted by Eric Surawski who confirmed what services I was in for. He told me it would take approximately one hour. I waited in the lounge area of the showroom where snacks, coffee and water are made readily available for customers. Once my vehicle was ready, Eric found me and brought me to my vehicle. He apologized for the fact that my vehicle was not washed as there was a backlog of vehicles waiting to be washed but presented me with a coupon for a free wash at the facility across the street. I appreciated this immensely as I really would not have wanted to wait for a car wash since I was in there on a Saturday morning and wanted to move on with my day. The staff at Berlin City are top notch!!! More
