Overall very Good experience Sales guy was great. Was not pushy but understood what we were hoping for and worked with us to find a way to make it work. The only complaint Sales guy was great. We also heard we were approved but didn’t get the drains for a long time. We were especially curious about the rate. Honestly it felt like the company wanted us to get excited and then give us the news so we wouldn’t walk away. Didn’t feel great. Finance guy was great once we got in to see him. More

They make it difficult, not easy! The car I leased was not the lowest price, but was located, and I needed it. This was done virtually. I was told to come in and sign the paperwork and to “plan for 1 ½ - 2 hours”. I received an appointment email confirmation for 3:01 p.m. I was told to text a copy of my license and insurance card, in advance, which I did, as “this will save a little bit of time”. I arrived on time and simply had to wait for F&I. While I was waiting, I was told by a F&I person (not the one I was going to deal with), that at one point I would be next. That did not happen. I left at 6:04 p.m. I was quoted a price of $255.00 down/$255.00 per month. When I was presented the initial paperwork, the pricing was $255.99 down/$255.99 per month, which I rejected. I told them I did not want the $99 wheel locks, which was not on the window sticker, and was told I had to buy them. I was told by my salesman that it should work out that my car could be delivered at no charge to me. When I followed up, I was told “we won’t be able to deliver it”. I had a 9:00 a.m. scheduled time to pick up the car and was told GENIE would set things up with me. GENIE never showed and my salesman did what he could and said GENIE would contact me in a couple of days. I have purchased a lot of vehicles over the years and have never encountered anything like this. More
