Honda service I had my car serviced at Berlin City Honda at Portland. Because it took longer than expected they gave me a loaner which I appreciate greatly. Painless experience and free State inspection I've never purchased a vehicle from Berlin City, but I service both of my vehicles at Berlin City (2016 Honda Accord and 2015 Acura TLX). Thus far, I've never had an issue with the Service Department. My vehicle is always ready when promised, and I appreciate having the ability to make and update my service appointments online. After my free state inspection was performed, I noticed that the inside of my windshield had been cleaned thoroughly, which is a really nice touch! Berlin City also threw in a free car-wash when I paid nothing for the appointment -- what's not to love? More
