Outstanding car buying experience I came to Berlin City Honda to look at a Ridgeline, with the intent of buying one at a later date, if the truck was as good as the reviews I had read, I came to Berlin City Honda to look at a Ridgeline, with the intent of buying one at a later date, if the truck was as good as the reviews I had read, and my experience with the other Hondas I have owned lead me to believe. My sales person was Jamie Doucette, who did an excellent job explaining the truck and answering all my questions. Then, knowing my interest in that specific truck, Jamie worked with us to put together a deal that allowed us to leave with the truck that day. Jamie also, provided me information regarding the extended warranty on my trade-in vehicle, that allowed me to get a refund of almost $2,000, that I would not otherwise have known to look into. Then, when finalizing the sale took longer than anticipated, Jamie arranged for a set of all weather floor mats to be provided at no cost. In addition to Jamie, Chris Clickner (Finance Director) was excellent to work with, as was Zack (last name ?), who walked us through the numerous technology aspects of the Ridgeline. This perhaps the most pleasant car buying experiences I have ever had. More
