The sales experience was excellent, but more importantly was the experience after the sale. I am notified of upcoming service requirements, and making appointments is effortless. My service Rep (Eric Surawski) has been excellent, and he always gives me a detailed outline of what will be done at the visit. He always provides me with the details on the serviceability of my vehicle. I now take all my vehicles (all Honda's) to Prime for their service. I have never been disappointed. Many thanks!! More

I had to be there for service due to receiving a new car without an inspection sticker. I drove the vehicle for almost a month without a sticker. I had to go out of my way to get back to the dealership for their mistake. It was an inconvenience to me the customer. However, when I did go in to get the sticker, the service department was great. More

I received a call an hour and a half after dropping it off telling me it was resolved with a software update! Thankful it wasn't a costly repair and grateful for Ryan's excellent customer service! Second dealership worked out best!!! We were looking to lease a new Honda Accord as my current Honda lease was due to expire within a month. We had visited the dealership where we leased We were looking to lease a new Honda Accord as my current Honda lease was due to expire within a month. We had visited the dealership where we leased the first Honda, but was not happy with options. We had waited a few days and then headed to Berlin City, where Joe Thibodeau was our salesperson. He patiently listened to our desires for a new car, tried to satisfy our needs from existing stock, and then tried to find cars in other dealerships that met our requests. We ended up purchasing a new car (thanks to Mark, who compared leasing to purchase, got us a great rate, so that numbers made sense) and had seat heaters installed and undercoating applied to a Honda accord that had the right exterior and interior color combinations. Although it required several days to accomplish, Joe called us several times to update us on progress as it was over a holiday weekend. Thank you to Zack, the tech guy who was very thorough in going over the technology in my new car. Overall, a great experience! More
