Never again will I buy from Berlin City I purchased my last 3 vehicles (new) from Berlin City, I will not be buying my 4th there. It took 3 trips to have the rear seat repaired properly. I I purchased my last 3 vehicles (new) from Berlin City, I will not be buying my 4th there. It took 3 trips to have the rear seat repaired properly. It was returned to me with greasy hand prints all over the light grey leather- requiring a 4th trip to have it cleaned. After the repair troubles I was hounded by calls and emails to fill out a customer satisfaction survey - which I did with honest and thoughtful answers. The following morning I returned to pickup my Vehicle and was aggressively confronted by my angry salesman; where he yelled at me for not giving "all 10's to all questions" on the survey. This occurred right in front of the managers desk and they did not intervene, comment or apologize. they just justified his behavior since the survey results would impact his commission. not my problem . . . Since my new car left the lot with mechanical defects and was not repaired after 3 attempts, I could not give a 10 out of 10 response. The Salesman's behavior is inexcusable and they have lost a loyal customer as a consequence. I hope they can maintain a more professional staff in the future- I can not recommend this dealership or it's service department. More
The sales rep., Steve Gendron, made our lease swap very easy Steve was ready for us from the moment we arrived at the dealership. Steve ended up giving us information about the Pilot we turned in that had never been provided to us from the sales. rep. we had back then. Steve helped to make this experience run much smoother than we had expected, and my husband and I were very happy to have had him to work with. We hope he will be there when our current lease will expire. More
