The service was fast and rewarding. The price for the car was very affordable. The deal was made over the phone and everything was ready to go by the time I traveled 2 1/2 hours the next day. This dealership, both sales and service is always great to work with! They stand by the Honda product and always make every attempt to service the customer fairly. I have bought several cars from Joe Thibodeau and the service guys, Ryan, Jeff, Brad are awesome! My recurrent issues with my brakes is always handled fairly. Jeff recently went out of his way to connect with a Honda rep to have service completed to my Honda that was out of warranty. Since I had mentioned the problem well before the expiration, the repair was covered! I think these people are awesome and these are just a couple of the reasons why. thanks again for all you do! Due to a bad experience with Prime Honda in Saco we have had successful service with Berlin City. If there was an issue we would also call them first. They have never steered me wrong and even taking the had successful service with Berlin City. If there was an issue we would also call them first. We had originally only showed up to Berlin City Honda to look at a few cars to get an idea of what we would like to get in the near future, but after spending some time on the lot with Robin we had found an look at a few cars to get an idea of what we would like to get in the near future, but after spending some time on the lot with Robin we had found an amazing car that we're in now. We were shown a few cars, and Robin was incredibly knowledgeable about the features. Once we had a few in mind, TraciAnn fought long and hard to get the lease rate down as close to our budget as she possibly could. Our experience at this dealership was bar-none the most friendly, relaxed, and non-pressuring one that we've had. I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone! More
