Berlin City charged me $800.00 for labor and the cost of the part that was completely unnecessary. Unhelpful, terse customer service, who don't know much about cars or hondas policy and dont seem to care to find out. Waiting area is nasty/dirty. They always take longer than they say by A LOT! I try to avoid going here when ever possible. Since they dont seem to care about me and my time I really don't care about given them the details of the issues I have had on just 2 occasions - it would take a long time to write them all out and these folks are just not worth it. I have since purchase 2 new cars from other dealers - a subaru and a kia. The difference in those dealerships and Berlin city are like night and day. I recommend finding a good independent mechanic for all your Honda service needs and avoid the Berlin city service department. More

He conferred once or twice with his manager, who also talked with us and provided information and was responsive to our questions and concerns.
