My experience with Berlin City was very impressive. I went in to look at cars with only 4 hours of time available (then leaving the state for a few weeks). Andrew Fossett was very helpful. I did a lot of research, looking for a Toyota Matrix, and even though the miles on this car were more than I wanted, it was in great shape, and everything checked out on CarFax and Auto Check. Berlin City Honda and James Sumislaski made the car buying experience a breeze. Dave was very helpful from the beginning to end. I couldn't make it to the dealership but pretty much knew which vehicle I wanted. This was my first experience with Berlin City. I went in expecting to check things out, investigate options and pricing, etc, but ended up purchasing a car and driving away. I was very pleased with the way the sale was handled by Scott Croteau. He went above and beyond even after the sale was confirmed. He showed me all of the little intricacies of the car, demonstrated their operation, and even went so far as to pair my cellphone. I met with the business manager, Tracy, as well, and found her equally friendly and helpful. It was a great experience and I am very happy with my 2013 Civic. Don Youker More

Ive bought a few vehicles from Berlin City now, and everytime I always have the best experience. Dave and Ron went above and beyond to not only find me my exact Honda Pilot, but completely blew away t everytime I always have the best experience. Dave and Ron went above and beyond to not only find me my exact Honda Pilot, but completely blew away the competition with their pricing! Once they found my Pilot,they were able to get it the next day and I was able to drive it home. The process in finance was very smooth, and there weren't ANY surprises, unlike other dealers Ive dealt with before in the past. Everything was very transparent (Payments, prices, interest rates) I would highly recommend going to Berlin City for a new or used car. The staff there is the best. Thanks again guys! More

Beware of the $399.00 "Theft Protection" insurance. They claim that it mandatory and it was not mentioned to me even once. It just showed up on the price. When I called about it the next insurance. When I called about it the next day I was informed by the sales manager that "there is nothing we can do". Essentially it give you the value of the vehicle + $5000.00 if your car is stolen. It's basically like throwing $400 away--who get's their car stolen? And if you are one of the few YOUR CAR INSURANCE ALREADY COVERS YOU! Sure, you get $5000 extra but wouldn't you want to have the CHOICE about whether or not you have to pay this? I certainly don't care at all about extra money from a vehicle theft. Similarly, I wouldn't buy $5000 of life insurance for $400. This is a terrible investment and poor business. Due to this deception I would not recommend this dealership. More
