We came into the dealership at 6:15 to turn in our current 2012 CRV for a 2014 CRV. The entire process took 3 hours and 15 minutes, and they were nice enought to stay and complete the transaction even current 2012 CRV for a 2014 CRV. The entire process took 3 hours and 15 minutes, and they were nice enought to stay and complete the transaction even though they close at 8 p.m. This is the 4th car I have leased through Berlin City, and as long as you come in prepared, i.e. know what is being offered competitively and know your book value if you are trading in, they are quite reasonable to deal with.We were very happy with the service provided by the salesperson and the finance person. Now, if they could only get the purchase process down to 2 hours or less.... I have closed on houses faster. And this is not to disparage Berlin City, I have leased at other dealerships over the years, and this is typical. More
