After buying my car from this dealership I’ve had a retched experience with the service department and having them work on my car. I found that I had a defective tire on my 2019 accord and service agre retched experience with the service department and having them work on my car. I found that I had a defective tire on my 2019 accord and service agreed they’d replace it. After the TPMS error kept popping up when they’re is no issue with the tires I was promised by the service manager I should no longer have the issue which was a lie it came right back a few day’s later they only replaced one of my tires and I was advised it was bc I have one new tire and three older. Thanks for doing a half xxx job on my car and screwing it up. I’ve not had an easy experience at all with Berlin city. I was accused of hitting something by one employee... I confronted another for ignoring the line while I was waiting on hold for a half hour waiting for them to pick up the line and witnessed him blatantly ignore the phone he became very rude when I brought that up and stormed off to wherever then they all refused to work on my car they will disrespect you and make it a very hard experience to get your car fixed when it wasn’t even my problem. At this point I’m just hoping to share this so this is Addressed how I was treated by your employees was absolutely unacceptable and I would NEVER recommend anyone goes here for sales or service! I am expecting this issue I had has not been fixed and I’m worried about my safety in this car at this point due to the poor work of your staff!!!! More
