In 2019 I purchased a Honda certified 2016 CRV. Our boys bit another year older and we purchased a side by side. Knowing I needed a bigger vehicle, I knew who to call! I never thought I’d have a BRAND new bit another year older and we purchased a side by side. Knowing I needed a bigger vehicle, I knew who to call! I never thought I’d have a BRAND new Honda Pilot when it was all said and done. I cannot thank Joe and Chris enough for making it possible for me to finally have a Honda Pilot I always dreamed about. You should’ve been more open to negotiating the price of a new battery. It takes less than 5 minutes to install one. If you had dropped the price I’m sure I would have purchased one.
