The experience with the service department was the worst I have ever had. The customer experience was horrible. I arrived at the appointed time and was treated as if I was invisible. The service "advisors" seemed more interested in chatting with their colleagues then dealing with a customer. The time estimate that I had been given to complete the service was 2-3 hours "tops". I ended up waiting over 5 hours! In this period that was no updates. After 4 hours I went back to the service desk and asked if I could have an update. One of the advisors went back into the garage and returned claiming he could not give me an update. He curtly told me the he would find out the status but that never happened. Finally I started wandering the parking lot and found my vehicle. I eventually got a text saying my car was ready. At last I thought that I would be on my way. I went back to the service desk, which had no other customers waiting where I was once again ignored. After standing there for another 10 minutes I got the attention of one of the advisors whom had been pretending that I wasn't there to take my credit card so I could pay. I asked to see the service manager and waited some more but (no surprise) never showed up. Stay away from this dealership!! More
I have never had a worse interaction than with this Honda dealership. The first time I had an appointment there they told me it would take about an hour and a half and I checked in at two hours and they hadn dealership. I had to leave and go to work. We had a plan in motion to get my car back down and worked on. I ended up getting it back down there to update the computer system and then got a quote for over 6000, and no one seemed confident that the emissions lights on would be solved by replacing the two sensors. The service manager Jessica was lovely and I know she was doing her best with the weird situation. And Ryan was helpful in getting me in a rental for a few days. I then found a car I actually loved and was considering buying it, but Robert in sales was the worst person to communicate with. He did not respond to any phone calls or text from me and taken not seriously at all. He was supposed to have an appointment with with me to talk on the phone at 10 AM and never even called me and was not at work I will never go back to this Honda dealership and I will be buying a car next week and not from them. Not to mention I never even gotten an apology or a text or an email from Robert. More
I had a disappointing experience on my last visit that, frankly, is more in line with customer service THESE days: terrible. Everything was great until the finance guy came over and presented me with my paperwork showing 3 options for my payments with 3 different extended warranty programs, never asking me if I wanted the program, which I did NOT. Despite telling him this several times, he continued to harass me and wasted 30 minutes of my time. I had to ASK if I had to buy the extended warranty, which of course I did not. It was quite a fight. What’s worse, while the finance guy left me alone to think it over, a guy from service presented me with a bill for an oil change on my car, which they had just BOUGHT as a trade-in! When I refused, he complained that their employees had to be paid! I replied this wasn’t my problem and showed him the text thread where I told them NOT to proceed with any work until I okayed it. He was not happy as he grumbled that he would pay for the oil change of $90 out of his own pocket, as though he deserved praise for this. So if I hadn’t complained, I would have paid for THEIR oil change. I feel sorry for people who go in there and BELIEVE them! I’m so disappointed that this company is going the way of so many these days. More
Don't care about customers who comes here with kids even though advertising as kid friendly. 7+ years loyalty worth nothing this place employees even after bringing. We made the mistake of buying a used 2012 Honda Insight from a different dealer. We were faced with thousands of dollars worth of repairs, and we still owed money on it. We went to Berlin City Honda and explained that I have had a great relationship with Honda since 1983. My Dad had a Civic Hondamatic. Later, my wife had an Accord when we were first married. We had an Odyssey for years while the kids were younger. Berlin City Honda took the Insight, giving us a fair trade on it, and put us in a 2019 Honda Accord hybrid. We've only had the vehicle for 2 days, but we are very happy. Cody, our salesman, called today to see how we were enjoying it. Other than a little nagging issue with the tire pressure monitoring system, it's been a dream. Cody was a great salesman too. He communicated well. He listened well. We had good conversation. He looked for vehicles that would meet our needs, and fit as closely into our budget as possible. In the end we narrowed it down between a CR-V and the Accord Hybrid we finally chose. Thank you Cody, and the team at Berlin City Honda. Several times other employees greeted us, held doors, and offered us coffee, or water. The loan officer, Mark, was super nice too. More

This was the same text thread regarding the recommended service. Bottom line: The customer service on back end was completely unacceptable and there was no apology - just a very late text stating how the rep did not see my text because of the system and obtw, your vehicle is ready? Recommend servicing your Honda elsewhere. More
Start was great with Dana very nice to deal with we did not come to agreement on price. That was ok. The next day sale manager called wanted to do anything for sale.
