This is the second Malibu that I purchased from Berlin City, the first one was in an accident. The dealership was great to deal with, the salesperson Bob Arnold let me use the car until everything was fin City, the first one was in an accident. The dealership was great to deal with, the salesperson Bob Arnold let me use the car until everything was finalled with my insurance, which took almost 2 weeks. I'm retired and I told them what I could efford, they came up with a payment that I was comfortable with, I didn't have to haggle with Bob, not even once. I wouldn't buy a car from anywhere else,they care about you and goes out of their way to help you. More

I recently was shopping for a new GMC Sierra. I shopped with four dealerships but Berlin City clearly had more to offer me. They have a service department that has never let me down in the 10 years I have with four dealerships but Berlin City clearly had more to offer me. They have a service department that has never let me down in the 10 years I have purchased from them. This most recent buying experience was by far the best experience I have had. Ted and Chad both had my intersest in mind and I now own a 2011 Gmc Sierra exactly what I was looking for. I went to this dealer looking to purchase a new truck. The sales department was very pleasent and HONEST to work with. Something that I don't usually see from a dealership. I approached them with my desired payment amount and within 15 minutes I was test driving a truck they said I was able to get into for that payment. From there on everything fell into place. Financing was simple, and I even got the inspection done the same day. Definately a go to place for honest and friendly service. More
