I originally called Andy about a Kia sedan, I thought it was a car that I would be satisfied with as an upgrade from the 2000 coupe I have been driving for five years. Andy immediately sensed that I was settling for something practical as opposed to something that I was in love with. I was then asked what I wanted out of a vehicle and from that moment on the Kia was completely out of my mind as Andy walked me through other options that would fall within my payment range. I had no idea I would be able to afford a 4x4 SUV, something that I would love, and is safe for my daughter and I. I was not "looking" for a new car but while looking at another dealership I liked the looks and commodities of the Chevy Traverse. I was nervous as we live in NY and had always purchased our vehicles locally. Andy was very informed, attentive and found a way to work out a deal that benefitted both sides. From start to finish he was great with following up and answering questions- even on his day off! The delivery of the vehicle was very convenient the only aspect I would like to see enhanced is getting a little more of a tutorial with car features.
