He worked with me over the phone even during the week sense I'm a second shift worker he was even calling me on his own time just to help me find a vehicle. When he found my truck it had to get delivered to the dealership and Andy went back there off the clock to send me picture of my truck that I was going to be purchasing, also the financing department worked hard to find a bank that would loan me the money as a first time buyer with good credit just not enough credit. Need I say more about Berlin City and its employees, I'd recommend this dealership to anyone who's looking for a new or used vehicle or as a first time buyer. More

WOW Factor! I gave this dealership and excellent rating because I did my entire deal in less than 1 day and completely remotely. I worked with David and the price for my trade was exceptional and the price for the used vehicle I purchased was outstanding. I researched this car, Buick Encore, across the nation and was able to get a 2014 used with 2600 miles on it for under $25,000 and it was a 4 wheel drive, leather package!! Unbelievable. Then if that wasn't exciting enough, I got the deal going at 9:00 am and a driver had my new car on the 8 1/2 hour road trip by 1:00 pm!! Right to my house by 9:30 pm. Then, they also gave me a temporary tag good for 20 days so no needing to get a cab to the DMV!! I saved at least $4000 no exaggeration. More
