I hate dealers where sales people swarm you the minute you step on the lot or try to push you into a vehicle that you don't want. I didn't have that problem with Berlin City Toyota. I walked in to the dealership knowing that if I could get a good deal I would buy a SUV. I did not know what type of SUV I would buy. He was very helpful and we are very happy with the purchase of our 2012 Kia Sorento. Everything went very smooth and we were not there for hours waiting for things to get processed.
