George was ready for us at the time of the appointment and made us feel very comfortable. He made it easy for us and he even called our Insurance Carrier to make sure we'd be insured as we drove out of the Dealership that very day! I had mentioned to George that I had lost a small article and was pretty sure that it was in the car that we were trading in. George looked for it while we were signing papers. After the papers were signed and he graciously asked if he could help us with the bluetooth accessory in the new car with our cell phones, I was surprised to find my lost article "found" sitting right on the console! I was so surprised that he had taken the time to look for it. You could tell that he was just as pleased to find it. Rick was also very friendly as he was the person we dealt with to sign all the papers - he made the process go very smoothly as he asked us all the questions that should be asked, i.e., regarding extra warranties, etc... I hate dealers where sales people swarm you the minute you step on the lot or try to push you into a vehicle that you don't want. I didn't have that problem with Berlin City Toyota.
