On buying a new car This is my first new car in 11 years and was not looking forward to going through the process. We left the lot and got a call from Andy the next day that finished the deal. Unfortunately, I got a call from the general manager the day before I was to pick up my new car: the one I was buying had been sold to someone else! How did this happen? Were my worst car buying experiences coming back to haunt me? After a series of calls, another agreement was reached and I did pick up my new car as planned. And while not looking forward to scheduled service appointments, I hope that the staff is as professional as Andy. More

Finally made a deal after being bounced around from salesman to salesman and drove all the way back to sign papers just to have the finance manager snub my wife and change the numbers last minute so i walked out. After getting the deal back and "finalized" i was waiting for delivery just to get a call saying they had once again changed the deal by $1600.00. Would never wish this on anyone so that is why i am writing this review. There are much better dealerships to work with around here. More

Rude employee lost customer forever Went today to look at new used cars that were put on the site today.
