Always an easy and fair deal We just completed a leasing deal for a fully loaded CX-30. and is the third deal with Jim Salvie at Berkshire Mazda. This is the first dealership that never bothered me at all. i called about a car spoke with Josh told him i would call him at a certain time which i missed due to work. Josh never called or bothered me at all. i called about a car spoke with Josh told him i would call him at a certain time which i missed due to work. Josh never called or bothered me at all i called him scheduled an appointment and went from there. Showed up Josh was all smiles handed me the keys and said take your time with the car make sure its something you want and i did. Got back to dealership and i was approved in minutes. I woukd go back to Berkshire Mazada for my next car only because Josh wasnt pushing and never called me 100 times like other dealers. JOSH IS THE MAN. MUCH RESPECT TO HIM AND WHAT HE DOES. More

I was searching for a car for close 3 months with dealerships giving me the run around because my car wasn’t paid off due to it being totaled and most other dealerships were pushy and just not unders dealerships giving me the run around because my car wasn’t paid off due to it being totaled and most other dealerships were pushy and just not understanding. I walked into Berkshire Mazda and was welcomed like family and sent updates on cars that would fit me. Quick responses , friendly smiles , and I have bought from other dealerships in the past locally and out of town and I will always bring my business to Jim and the crew now.
