This is the first dealership that never bothered me at all. i called about a car spoke with Josh told him i would call him at a certain time which i missed due to work. Showed up Josh was all smiles handed me the keys and said take your time with the car make sure its something you want and i did. Got back to dealership and i was approved in minutes. Great car buying experience! I had such a great car buying experience at Bershire Mazda! I came in from out of state to see one of their certified CX-9's and was nervous about tes I had such a great car buying experience at Bershire Mazda! I came in from out of state to see one of their certified CX-9's and was nervous about test driving by myself knowing how pushy car salesmen can be, but that is definitely not the case with this dealership. Everyone was so nice and I never felt pressured to buy anything. Josh was so easy to work with, he answered all of my questions about buying out of state and made me feel very comfortable with making such a big purchase.
