I purchased a 2017 Corvette at the Neenah Bergstrom Dealership by trading 2 Collector Cars and cash. The next day I found several option items that missing on the car. Those options were listed in the Dealership by trading 2 Collector Cars and cash. The next day I found several option items that missing on the car. Those options were listed in the on-line advertisement. Foremost missing was the "heads-up display" option and others. All the missing options amounted to several thousand dollars. When I brought this to the attention of the salesman, he pointed out the disclaimer at the bottom of the ad that says they are not responsible for listing errors. They offered as compensation, a "ridicules" offer of a free oil change, if I agreed to keep the car. I declined, and I returned the car and picked the 2 Collector cars that I traded. And then I discovered that all the documents that were given with the 2 cars were missing. These documents included all the sales receipts from prior service, and all upgraded parts, and even the registration receipts were missing. When asked for the return of all the documents, I was told they were thrown away. This was a big hassle and waste of time. I would suggest that people look very close as to what is claimed to be included with their purchase, before they sign any papers, and be sure to keep all documents in case the deal falls through - like ours did. We have been a Bergstrom Customer for over 40 years with all our vehicles, but based on this experience, I will never again deal with buying a car from this Neenah Bergrstrom dealership. BUYER BEWARE! More

I knew what I wanted my husband did all the calling and financing having the vehicle ready that day just for pick up with check in hand. Vehicle didn't start ... I walked away and the sales person said we financing having the vehicle ready that day just for pick up with check in hand. Vehicle didn't start ... I walked away and the sales person said we will just fix it and sell it to someone else! Ok I thought but my husband talked to him about the problem and then proceed to wait another week and half with no answers after emails sent out? Another person reached out to my husband and apologized claiming this is not how they do business. Not impressed and the whole experience was a train reck. Would will never go back. I am unsure why they would even send this to survey to me! More

First visit at the Neenah Express oil change service at Bergstrom. The staff there did an excellent job from start to finish.
