I purchased a used vehicle from another state by internet, email and phone from Broadway Automotive. It was a new experience for me so I wasn't sure how it would work. I had a timeline that I needed to have the purchase complete by and even though there were a few bumps in the road the crew at Broadway always moved quickly to fix any issues and closed the deal to my satisfaction. I went to Broadway to look at the the new Impalas. Jim in Sales greeted me when I walked into the dealership. I am a female and was ignored at other area dealerships. Even a sales manager spent a few minutes talking to me about the cars. They were kind of busy, but they still helped me and took me on test drives. More
