Great first experience I went to broadway looking for a Toyota and had an exact car set in mind. Broadway was not my first stop but I decided to give it a shot. And he was there waiting for me. He listened to me and showed me the car I had in mind. Driving it I loved it but he sensed I wanted more. Lee listened between the lines and recommended a Ford Escape. I wasn’t sure as I hadn’t done much research on Ford’s. But I got in the car and loved it. He knew exactly what I needed. I’ve never purchased a car from the dealership with a trade in so I was a little confused at the process but he made it SO easy. He was personable, kind, helpful, honest. Everything you need when looking for the right car. I appreciate him so much and am SO happy! More

Great Service Jack Cadwel came out cold in climate weather and simply opened the door just for the beginning. He scraped all off in the poor weather. We did the transaction under zero pressure. Then he took all the stuff from trade in, despite no room in the garage and moved all of our stuff from the old car to the new one. Finally he took the time to show us all the options and buttons which really helped us because high tech is new to us. Thanks Jack More
